Refund Policy

All corporate software access sales are strictly final sale. Subscriptions qualify for pro-rated account upgrades only.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs payments made to ElAdawy LLC for software access, subscriptions, and related digital services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Final Sale of Software Access

Because our products consist of digital software access delivered immediately upon purchase, all corporate software access sales are strictly final sale. Once access has been provisioned to your account, the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy.

3. Subscription Upgrades

Active subscriptions qualify for pro-rated account upgrades only. When you upgrade an existing subscription, the unused value of your current billing period is credited toward the upgraded plan on a pro-rated basis. Pro-rated value is applied as account credit toward upgrades and is not issued as a cash refund. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and do not generate a refund for the current period.

4. Billing Errors & Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize — please contact our administrative desk within thirty (30) days of the transaction. We will review the matter promptly and, where a billing error is confirmed, correct it in accordance with applicable law and the policies of our payment processors.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account pending resolution. We cooperate fully with our payment processors and card networks to investigate disputed transactions.

6. How to Request a Review

To request a billing review, an upgrade credit, or to report a charge concern, email our administrative desk at support@eladawyllc.com with your account details and the relevant transaction reference. We aim to acknowledge requests within two (2) business days.
